According to our hostel policy, we kindly ask you to make a prepayment the first night of your stay.

If your plans change we strongly ask you to inform us as soon as possible.

Reservation prepayments are refundable only if the booking is cancelled up till 72 hours before the check-in time (1 p.m).

Reservations without prepayment may be automatically released by hotel as unconfirmed.
