If you go from the side of Zvenigorodskaya:

You should go to Zagorodny prospect, pass by Dzhambula lane and take the next lane which is located between Oscar Hall shop and 24-hours drugstore with a big green signboard. Then keep going taking the left side of the lane till the end. Find a red door and press the button on the red entrance door intercom, then wait for a second for the answer.

If you go from either Vladimirskaya or Dostoevskaya:

The directions are quite the same. Go along Zagorodny prospect. Pass Lomonosova lane, Mama Roma restaurant and then look for the pharmacy with a green signboard and Oscar Hall shop.

From the Dzambula lane you need to round a house by the yards till the impasse, and the the end you will see iron gates, behind which there is a parking zone in a closed yard.
